Sabon Club Day Regulations December 2024
1. The SABON Club Day promotion in December 2024 (hereinafter: "the promotion") is being held by Sabon Global Ltd. (hereinafter: "Sabon") between the dates 12/27/2024 - 12/25/2024 (hereinafter: "the promotion period").
2. The promotion is open to members of the Sabon customer club, holders of a valid club membership card, and new members of the customer club (hereinafter collectively: "club members"), who will purchase during the promotion period at one of the Sabon stores in Israel, including on the website (hereinafter: "the promotion participants").
3. With each purchase, participants in the promotion will be entitled to a 25% discount on all store products, subject to the conditions detailed in section 4 below (hereinafter: "the discount").
Minimum stock of products in the promotion: 1,000.
4. Participants in the promotion who are not members of the customer club will be entitled to join the Sabon customer club without Cost and participate in the promotion as well. The value of the benefit for joining the club: 25 NIS. There is no limit to the number of new members during the promotion period.
5. The promotion is subject to the conditions detailed below:
5.1 The discount does not include shipping fees on the website, outlet products and flower bouquets;
5.2 The discount does not include multiple promotions and discounts;
5.3 It is not possible to pay using shopping vouchers that do not include multiple discounts and/or coupons of any kind.
6. Sabon may at any time and immediately terminate the promotion and/or change, add, cancel the terms of the promotion and/or the terms of these regulations at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
7. It is not possible to purchase wholesale purchases (including of different items or in different branches) as part of the promotion. Sabon reserves the right to deny the right to participate in the campaign to anyone found to have purchased a commercial quantity at the branches and/or acted fraudulently and/or not in the manner prescribed in these regulations, in accordance with its sole discretion and without any obligation to justify its decision.
8. In any case of contradiction and/or inconsistency between the provisions of these regulations and any other publications regarding the campaign, the provisions of these regulations will prevail for all purposes.
9. בהשתתפות במבצע מסכימים, מאשרים ומצהירים המשתתפים כי קראו את התקנון, כי הם מקבלים עליהם את הוראותיו, וכי תקנון זה יחול עליהם ויחייב אותם לכל דבר ועניין.
10. ההשתתפות במבצע הינה באחריותם הבלעדית של המשתתפים, וסבון לא תישא באחריות לכל נזק, ישיר ו/או עקיף, הפסד, אבדן או הוצאה שיגרמו למי מהמשתתפים בקשר עם המבצע.
11. כל מחלוקת בקשר למבצע זה תועבר לבית המשפט המוסמך במחוז תל אביב בלבד.
12. האמור בתקנון זה נוסח בלשון זכר מטעמי נוחות בלבד, אולם הוא מתייחס באופן שווה לכל המינים.
