Instructions for exchanging or returning a product - SABON website
Want to exchange or return the item you purchased on the SABON website?
This can be done free of charge, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5771-1981, in one of the ways detailed below.
A transaction made on the website can be canceled from the day the transaction was made and up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of a document detailing the details of the transaction, whichever is later.
As long as the order has been fulfilled, the product can be returned in one of the following ways:
Returning or exchanging a product at one of the SABON branches
You can return or exchange a product purchased on the website at one of the SABON branches in Israel.
Returning a product against receiving a full refund, or credit for repurchase on the website, according to your choice, will be done within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
Products purchased on the site and returned in the store, worth NIS 150 or more, will be credited with a check that will be sent by mail within 7 business days.
Product replacement will be done within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. The replacement of the product will be done as a credit for the amount of the purchase price on the website, and not according to the price of the product in the store.
It is not possible to receive a refund for payment in purchase vouchers, and in the aforementioned case a credit for repurchase will be received.
Return via Israel Post
Returning a product by mail will be done within 14 days of receiving the product. In the aforementioned case, a full refund will be given, or a credit for repurchase on the SABON website, according to your choice. A monetary credit will be made within 7 business days.
The product must be sent with an invoice to the address: 16 Hamezoda Street, Azor 5800160.
Upon receipt of the product, our customer service will contact you by phone and the credit will be made accordingly.
Cancellation of a transaction for a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant
A person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant, as defined in section 14C1. (a) According to the Consumer Protection Law, may cancel any transaction within 4 months from the date of receipt of the shipment and/or from the date of receipt of a verification message with the order details as required by law, whichever is later, subject to presentation of an appropriate certificate, provided that the transaction involved a conversation, including through electronic communication.
Canceling a transaction due to a defect or discrepancy
In case of cancellation of a transaction due to a defect, mismatch, delivery of the wrong product or any other fault of SABON, you can contact us, and we will arrange for the product to be picked up by courier free of charge, and provide a full monetary credit.

In the cancellation notice, the details of the transaction and the identity card number of the buyer must be specified, and if the cancellation notice was given by phone - additional identification details.
