SABON club day regulations July 2024

1. The SABON Club Day promotion in July 2024 (hereinafter: the "Promotion") was conducted by Sabon Global Ltd. (hereinafter: "SABON") between the dates 10.07.2024 - 12.07.2024 (hereinafter: the "Promotion Period").
2. Members of Sabon’s customer club, holders of a valid club membership card, and new members of the customer club (hereinafter collectively: "club members") may participate in the promotion, who will purchase during the promotion period at one of Sabon’s stores in Israel, including on the website (hereinafter: "participants in the promotion ").
3. For each purchase, the participants in the sale will be entitled to a 25% discount on all store products, subject to the conditions specified in section 4 below (hereinafter: "the discount").
Minimum stock of products on sale: 1,000.
4. Participants in the promotion who are not members of the customer club will be allowed to join Sabon’s customer club free of charge and participate in the promotion as well. The value of the benefit for joining the club: NIS 25. There is no limit to the number of new entrants during the promotion period.
5. The sale is subject to the conditions listed below:
5.1 The discount does not include shipping fees on the website, outlet products and bouquets;
5.2 The discount without doubling promotions and discounts;
5.3 It is not possible to pay with shopping vouchers that do not include doubling discounts and/or coupons of any kind.
6. Sabon is entitled to stop the promotion at any time and/or to change, add, cancel the terms of the promotion and/or the terms of this regulation at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
7. It is not possible to make a wholesale purchase as part of the sale (including different items or in different branches). Sabon reserves the right to deny the right to participate in the promotion from those who are found to have purchased a commercial quantity in the branches and/or acted fraudulently and/or not in the manner stipulated in these regulations, in accordance with its sole discretion and without any obligation to justify its decision.
8. In any case of contradiction and/or inconsistency between the provisions of these regulations and any other publications regarding the promotion, the provisions of these regulations shall prevail for all intents and purposes.
9. By participating in the promotion, the participants agree, confirm and declare that they have read the regulations, that they accept its instructions, and that these regulations will apply to them and bind them in all respects.
10. Participation in the promotion is the sole responsibility of the participants, and Sabon will not be held responsible for any direct and/or indirect damage, loss, loss or expense caused to any of the participants in connection with the promotion.
11. Any dispute regarding this promotion will be referred to the competent court in the Tel Aviv district only.
12. What is stated in these regulations is written in the masculine language for convenience reasons only, but it refers equally to all genders.
