Operation Regulations - Independence Day 2024

1. The 2024 Independence Day sale on the purchase of selected products in the company’s stores and through the company’s website (hereinafter: "the sale"), located at www.sabon.co.il, (hereinafter: the "website"), was conducted by Sabon Global Inc. "m (hereinafter: "SABON"), between the dates 14-18.05.2024, only (hereinafter: "the promotion period"),.
2. As part of the promotion, the following products will be sold for only 76 NIS instead of the full price:

3. The discount will be updated automatically during the purchase in the store or on the website.
4. There is no duplication of promotions and discounts.
5. The benefit is valid only for the products listed in section 2.
6. The promotion until the end of the inventory of each of the products or until the end of the promotion period.
7. Minimum quantity of all items in the sale - 500 units.
8. The promotion is valid for individual products only and does not include a discount on outlet products, double benefits and promotions, boxes and shipping fees on the site.
9. Customer club points can be used to purchase the items in the sale.
10. Sabon may stop the promotion at any time and immediately and/or change, add, cancel the terms of the promotion and/or the terms of these regulations, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
11. Participation in the promotion is the sole responsibility of the participants, and Sabon will not be held responsible for any direct and/or indirect damage, loss, loss or expense caused to any of the participants in connection with the promotion and/or its cancellation.
12. The sale of the products in the sale is limited to 10 items in the sale per customer only. It is not possible to make a wholesale purchase as part of the sale (including different items in the sale or multiple purchases on the website). Sabon reserves the right to deny the promotional offer to a customer who is found to have purchased a commercial quantity online and/or acted fraudulently and/or not in the manner set forth in these regulations, in accordance with its sole discretion and without any obligation to justify its decision.
