Regulation of the operation of the care workshop

1. A skin care workshop promotion at a SABON shop in the TLV mall (hereinafter: the "Promotion") was conducted by SBON Global Ltd. (hereinafter: "SABON") and Ward Spivak, on 07.08.24 (hereinafter: the "Promotion Period").
2. As part of the promotion, the first 12 participants who register (hereinafter: "Participants") for the promotion via a link found on Vered Spivak’s Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/veredspivak/) will be entitled to participate in a personal care workshop conducted by Vered Spivak in the store Sabon located in the TLV mall on July 8, 2024 (hereinafter: "the workshop").
3. In addition, the participants will receive the benefit of a 20% discount on the purchase of products at a soap shop in the TLV mall, and this during the promotion period only (hereinafter: "the benefit").
4. The benefit is subject to the conditions listed below:
4.1 The discount and/or benefit is here without multiplying promotions and discounts;
4.2 It is not possible to pay using shopping vouchers that do not include doubling discounts and/or coupons of any kind.
4.3 The benefit can be redeemed once and within the framework of one purchase only.
5. Sabon may stop the promotion at any time and immediately and/or change, add, cancel the terms of the promotion and/or the terms of these regulations, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
6. Participation in the promotion and/or workshop is the sole responsibility of the participants, and Sabon will not be held responsible for any direct and/or indirect damage, loss, loss or expense that any of the participants may incur in connection with the promotion and/or workshop and/or their cancellation. In addition, it is agreed that the content of the workshop will be delivered to the participants through Rose Spivak only, and that Sabon will not bear any responsibility for any direct and/or indirect damage, loss, loss or expense caused to any of the participants in connection with the content of the workshop.
7. The workshop participant hereby grants Sabon a license to use all of the participant’s photos that will be taken during her participation in the promotion and/or workshop, including the right to display them on Sabon’s digital channels and social networks only, including sharing and/or any other activity on social networks.
8. These regulations contain all the conditions regarding the promotion, and any commitment or representation in connection with the promotion given or made and which were not expressly expressed therein, do not bind the company. In any case of contradiction and/or inconsistency between the provisions of these regulations and any other publications regarding the promotion, the provisions of these regulations shall prevail for all intents and purposes.
9. No behavior on Sabon’s part shall be considered a waiver of any of its rights according to these regulations or according to the provisions of any law or as a waiver or consent on its part to any violation or fulfillment of any condition, unless expressly made in writing.
10. Any dispute regarding this promotion will be transferred to the competent court in Tel Aviv district only.
