The points you have earned can be redeemed at the next purchase. In order to redeem them on the site, you must log in to the personal account and at the time of purchase select the amount of points to be redeemed.

1. Club points cannot be redeemed for the purchase of a gift card

2. At any time, the member may use the points accrued to his credit according to the ratio of 1 point = 1 NIS and pay for a product in points all according to the value of points accrued to his credit, provided payment for a product is conditional on the existence and redemption of points not less than 50% of the product value.

It is clarified that the purchase of a product for points will be possible only on condition and for the benefit of the customer points have been accumulated and realized at a value that is not less than 50% of the value of the product. It will not be possible to complete the missing points to the minimum required in a monetary payment

4. The points are accrued according to 10% of the purchase amount not including shipping cost

5. Points can be redeemed for up to a year and if there is no activity on the club card, the points are canceled, we send a mailing to customers about a month before the points are deleted (customers who have a mailing permit in their club).

If you return merchandise that was originally purchased using your Sabon Royal Passport account, any points earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account when the merchandise is returned.
