Terms of Sale Shopping IL 2022

1. The Shopping IL 2022 promotion (hereinafter: the "Promotion") was conducted by Sabon Global Ltd. (hereinafter: "SABON"), between the dates 8.11.2022 and 12.11.2022 (hereinafter: the "Promotion Period"), on the website of Sabon at www.sabon.co.il (hereinafter: "the website").
2. During the promotion period, all the products on the website will be sold at a discount of 30% of the product price. The discount will not apply to shipping fees.
3. There is no duplication of promotions and discounts.
4. The sale lasts until stocks last.
5. Minimum quantity of items on sale - 5,000.
6. Customer club points can be redeemed for the purpose of purchasing the items on sale.
7. Sabon may stop at any time and immediately the promotion and/or change, add, cancel the terms of the promotion and/or the terms of these regulations, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
8. If the promotion is canceled according to what is stated in these regulations, Sabon will not have any responsibility for any damage caused to the customers, and the customers will not have any reason and/or claim against Sabon for the promotion or its cancellation, including for any damage, direct or indirect, caused to the customers.
9. The sale of the products in the sale is limited to 20 items in the sale per customer only. It is not possible to make a wholesale purchase as part of the sale (including different items in the sale or multiple purchases on the website).
10. Sabon reserves the right to deny the promotional discount from a customer who is found to have purchased a commercial quantity online and/or acted fraudulently and/or not in the manner set forth in these regulations, in accordance with its sole discretion and without any obligation to justify its decision.
11. These regulations contain all the conditions regarding the promotion, and any commitment or representation in connection with the promotion given or made and which were not expressly expressed therein, do not bind the company. In any case of contradiction and/or inconsistency between the provisions of these regulations and any other publications regarding the promotion, the provisions of these regulations shall prevail for all intents and purposes.
12. No behavior on Sabon’s part shall be considered a waiver of any of its rights according to these regulations or according to the provisions of any law or as a waiver or consent on its part to any violation or fulfillment of any condition, unless expressly made in writing
13. Any dispute related to this promotion will be referred to the competent court in the Tel Aviv district only.
